Games of Yugoslavia

Target group: students from the first to the fourth grade of primary school accompanied by a teacher

Workshop duration: 45 minutes

The goal of the workshop Games of Yugoslavia is to revive the games popular in the period of Yugoslavia, which are now almost forgotten, like elastics, Do Not Be Angry, Man, Color the Fića, marbles…

The workshop is consisted of two parts. In the first segment, the children will learn the rules of a game and listen to stories about the time their parents played these games and indirectly they will adopt the knowledge on the historical period of Yugoslavia.

In the second segment, the workshop participants will be divided into groups and will compete with each other in these games.

At the end of each workshop, participants will receive a diploma and a task to teach at least two of their friends these games, thereby keeping the legacy of their parents.
