Family Day – Children’s Workshop “When Sculptures Come to Life”
The Museum of Yugoslavia Reopens the Sculpture Park for Its Youngest Visitors!
As part of Family Day—a program created with the idea of promoting the Museum as a place where families can spend quality time together, have fun, and learn something new—a children’s workshop titled “When Sculptures Come to Life” will be held on Sunday, June 1st, at 10 AM.
During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to get to know the sculptures in the museum park and, through play, learn about art and history while spending time in an unusual and inspiring setting. The Museum of Yugoslavia’s park features twenty sculptures by prominent Yugoslav artists, diverse in both style and theme—from lyrical works in the manner of realism and intimism, to classical examples of socialist realist sculpture. The park offers a beautiful setting for socializing with friends and family.
The workshop is intended for children aged five to ten.
In case of rain, the workshop will be moved to the Old Museum building.
Admission is free for all workshop participants!
